February 2022 – 5H Climate Change Virtual Event
Cookridge Holy Trinity participated in a climate change webinar led by children’s author and environmental campaigner Georgina Stevens. They discussed the effects of climate change on the earth, the causes of climate change and the possible solutions. The children were able to ask questions about climate change and produced an informative poster suggesting actions we can take to stop climate change! The children were also given the opportunity to create a drawing of their favourite part of nature which will be displayed in a public virtual gallery at Leeds Central Library.
