In our Computing lesson we watched a live, online webinar about the how the Amazon Fulfilment Centres worked. We learnt and found out lots of interesting things about how algorithms help the robots work and how the parcels are sent out once ordered. It also included an interactive quiz throughout. We even got to ask some questions at the end and Millie H’s question: Where do Amazon get their items from? was read out in front of the thousands of schools watching live.
